Harmony Farm were delighted to recently welcome members of Weddel Swift staff to AIBP Cahir for a farm visit, seminar and factory tour. Two separate visits occurred and all visiting staff members were given invaluable insights into all aspects of Harmony Farm beef. All the major factors that contribute to the “guaranteed tender” beef that is Harmony Farm was visited upon, from animal welfare to traceability to the uniquely controlled maturation of the bone in beef. The Weddel Swift staff were all very appreciative of these visits and have returned to their respective depots with a greater knowledge of Harmony Farm beef. This newly acquired knowledge is now ready to be passed on to the many valued customers of Harmony Farm beef and the already well established consumer confidence in Harmony Farm beef can only be enhanced.
